Summary

Approvals won't work if field context is configured for the custom field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project: ABC
2. Create a user picker custom field: 'ABC approvers'
3. Configure the 'ABC approvers' field context to be associated with ABC project only.
4. Set an approval step and try to get the approver from 'ABC approvers'.

Expected Results

The field is displayed in the "Get approvers from" drop-down.

Actual Results

The field won't show up.

Workaround

Remove the field context
