Create Linked Issue button not available on New Issue View

      The Create Linked Issue capability is now available in the new issue view. It can be accessed as a link via the "Link issue" button:

      Description

      The New issue view for the Service Desk project doesn't have the "Create Linked Issue" button when you click on the ellipsis-h icon.

      Switching to the Old Issue view, you can be able to see this button but on the new issue view is appears to be missing.

      Suggestion

      Since this feature is essential when creating issues within our Project, it would be convenient if this same button is added to the new issue view.
