Reorder workflow transitions in next-gen projects

      It would be useful to have the ability to re-order workflow transitions in Next-gen projects. Similar to what we have for classic projects. In classic projects, we can do this using transition property "opsbar-sequence": https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Workflow+properties

            Comment [ It would be helpful to have a solution for this issue, but rather than defining "opsbar" it something visual would help, e.g. as the status refers to the position in the workflow map, considering from left to right or top to down, or both. Most people will have the steps positioned in a way as they would like their workflow to move anyway.  ]
