Currently, we are able to Brand the Customer Portal of a Service Desk Project where we could choose our own Logo. Hence, it would be useful if we could brand the Main Portal as well. Some screenshot below;
Notes:
1. Due to the Main Portal could not be Branded, the My Request page would not follow the customized look of a Customer Portal as it holds Requests from another portal as well.
2. The Customer Profile theme is also affected, in which it will follow the theme from which it's redirected to. For example:
- from Customer Portal -> click Profile: the Profile theme inherits the Customer Portal's customized theme
- from My Request -> click Profile: the Profile theme inherits the My Request theme, which is the default theme
