Add ability to hide and set default value for Summary, Description, and assignee fields on Request Types for Service Desk Team-managed projects

      As a Jira Administrator, for some request types, it'd be best to hide and set a default value for the Summary, Description, and/or assignee fields, however, that is currently not possible in Next-Gen projects.

            The comment field is required in all forms, but not always something the user should have to fill out.  For example if we have a request type for "Request New Computer" the user should not need to fill in the summary, it would be great if we could hide this field and pre-populate it with "New Computer Request"
