Preset values for Summary field of Email Channel Request Type

      Problem Definition

      Currently request types do not allow for preset summary fields on request types used for Email Channels.
      See Receiving request by e-mail and Hidden fields for reference.

      Suggested Solution

      In some cases such as login password and common category request customer specified summaries aren't required. It would be useful for the summary to be able to be preset and hidden from the customer avoiding human error and a more efficient method from the customer end.
