      Hi Everyone,

      Thank you for your feedback on this feature.

      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-1637 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Problem Definition

      When self-signup is enabled for Jira service desk, customers can sign up through the following link:


      • They will receive a complete signup email. This email cannot be customized.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow customization of this email, just like how the invitation email can be customized.
