Setting "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" to "Yes" has no effect on the date/time picker on the portal

      • In the current portal view, when "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" is set to "Yes" - the first day of the week remains on Sunday

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" to "Yes" in <base_url>/secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa(Jira settings > System > Look and feel)
      2. Create a new request via the customer portal and set a value in a date/time picker

      Expected Results

      • Monday is the first day of the week

      Actual Results

      • Sunday remains the first day of the week

      Notes

      • This is not an issue on the older portal

      • No known workarounds

            Hi,

            the issue is still active in the portal, causing people to choose wrong days when booking a travel. Could you please look into it once more or should I open a new issue?

            Here is a video summarising what we have fixed on the Portal with respect to date picker and "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" setting present on "<base_url>/secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa(Jira settings > System > Look and feel)":

            This specific ticket was raised here was for Portal. We have released a fix that removes this bug from Portal. Now the date picker on Portal starts from Monday if "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" is set to "Yes".

            I understand that this issue still persists on the Issue View, therefore I have created a separate ticket to track this - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10279

            I would request you to watch this new bug if you would like to get updates on progress.

            It works @create a task or epic but not in an open epic or task... 

            please introduce a uniform standard with calendar week and start on monday

            The fix has been rolled out to all users.

            There are more countries in the world having monday at the first day of week than sunday. So, this bug is a problem for a lot of users!
