Summary

Queues do not update the status of tickets until a page refresh

Steps to Reproduce

1. View a JSD queue
2. Open a ticket in a new tab
3. Transition the ticket
4. Return to your queue tab and notice the status will not update until a refresh

Expected Results

The status is updated just like the standard refresh

Actual Results

The previous status is displayed

Notes

The queue appears to recognise the correct status as valid transitions are displayed if you click on the status from the queue. So it would seem just the display is not updating.

Workaround

Refresh the page - which sort of defeats the purpose of queues
