Problem Definition
To be able to transition a request, customers would need to log in to the portal and view their request and would not be able to transition directly from the portal
Suggested Solution
Include transition buttons in the email notification directly
Why this is important
This would allow customers to easily resolve or escalate their requests directly from the email instead of needing to access the customer portal
