Description
When tickets are created from our email portal, they have a tendency to come in with multiple attachments due to the signature on the email. Our support desk specialists has informed me that the only way to delete these is one by one and would find it very useful to be able to remove multiple attachments at the same time; potentially the ability to delete from multiple tickets at the same time while viewing tickets in the queue's.
