    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Problem Definition

Some customers are expecting a "submit" button when entering a customer satisfaction rating. Once a score has been selected, it is automatically registered("submitted"). In the current experience, that's not 100% obvious as the customer might feel unsure as to what to do next:

      Suggested Solution

      • On a side note: provide customization options - maybe give the option for admins to force customers to make a comment
      • Change the wording to something like: "....tell us how it went so we can keep it up. Your score has been registered - this page can be closed if you do not wish to add a comment."

      Why this is important

      • Some customers are getting confused as they are expecting to "submit" their score

      Workaround

      • No action required - once the rating is selected, the score is submitted
