Apologies if the functionality already exists, but is there any way to access which articles on a knowledge base are the most popularly-viewed and other analytics like this?
It would be useful to know which page the viewer is coming from when they reach the article as well. Similarly, the page they view after the article would be also be a good thing to know.
Also, a feature on each article such as "Did you find this article helpful?" with a Yes/No response, so we have feedback on which areas of the system to improve, would be great.
Another suggestion would be if we could view the terms that users in the Knowledge Base search for most often, so we can tag the articles more efficiently, is this something that could be done?
