Show count of "No" responses to KB articles in JSM Reports

      Knowledge base articles in JSM allow customers to respond "Yes" or "No" to the question "Did this article help?".
      Although there are ways of tracking "Yes" responses in JSM reports, there is currently no provision to track "No" responses.
      Having stats on "No" responses will help JSM admins to monitor which KB articles require improvements.
