Description
Summary:
The "Issue Layout" menu is not available yet for Jira Service Desk projects, so it's not possible to edit the order of the tickets in the new issue detail view when adding Service Desk tickets to a board.
It causes the Configure option at the three dots button(...) of the detail view to don't work, leading to a blank page instead of the Issue Layout page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable the new issue detail view
- Create a new board (Scrum or Kanban)
- Add a Service Desk Ticket to board
- Click on the ticket to open the Detail View
- Click on the three dots icon > Configure
Expected Results
The option should lead to the Issue Layout menu of the project.
Actual Results
It leads to a blank page:
