Description
Problem definition
Currently, the KB categories are sorted based on an unknown unique ID. While on the Agent view, they are sorted alphabetically.
Suggested resolution
It would be great to have the ability to reorder the categories (or have a better default sorting) in order to better utilize them.
Why this is important
To have more control over how the categories/KB are ordered.
