Description
Problem Definition
At the moment, Ii the agent view (KB Hub), we have some frontend sorting by alphabetical. However, in Customer Portal there is no frontend sorting happen so the order is following how they are stored in the database.
Suggested Solution
Consistent sorting experience in both side KB Hub and Customer Portal.
Why this is important
To have more control over how the categories/KB are ordered.
