Hi Everyone,
Thank you for raising your feedback on this feature.
We have released a feature in JSM that shows the parent summary in “Queue” after you add “Parent” field which makes this request obsolete. We do have a bug to track the missing parent key: JSDCLOUD-8316 .

Problem Definition
As default in Jira, only the parent key is shown when displaying the sub-task summary. This is also true when displaying the sub-tasks in queues
Issue Key | Summary |
Subtask IssueKey | Parent IssueKey / Sub-task Summary |
Sub-tasks lacks the parent summary information from the queue. The agent needs to open the parent issue to get the actual details.
Suggested Solution
Allow to expose the parent issue summary of a sub-task in queues (ie. additional column called Parent Summary).
