Clicking an Anchor leading to another Page on the same Space redirects to the Portal Home

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Anchor com Page A
2. On Page B, inside the same Space, link to the Anchor on Page A
3. Access Page B via the Service Desk Portal Knowledge base
4. Click the Anchor

Expected Results
Redirect the user to the Anchor on Page A

Actual Results
A new tab/window is opened, and a quick loading animation for Page A is displayed, but then the user is redirected to the portal home

• Note this also happens when clicking links to headings on Page A. In this case, the redirect lands on a "Not found" warning after quickly showing Page A
