Description
Problem Definition
Customer is following the permission in "Customer Permission" in order to add the "Request Participant". However, as agent. they are allowed to share it to anyone. This could be a problem incase they shared to a wrong email or customer.
Suggested Solution
Agent need to follow the "Customer Permission" behavior.
Why this is important
It could be a risk for security if the agent shared to a wrong email or customer.
