      Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.

      Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this ticket to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users.       You have some bug in design.
      Lets detail your object:
      Queues - some object for team work. Like agile board. "One window" for real time monitoring. How monitor 50 PROJECT in one browser tab??
      SLA - individual for PROJECT
      Reports - individual for PROJECT
      Customer portal - individual for PROJECT
      People - individual for PROJECT

      As we see you must move current "Queues" from PROJECT to individual object.

      Real life situaion
      We have teams:

      • IT
      • VOIP
      • Developers
        and others
        And about 50+ customers (PORJECTS)

      Every customers have different SLA
      But IT team must see many Project Queues to monitor situatiion. By filter i can divide issues to teams by params.
      IT team must see IT TEAM QUEUES for all projects in system.
