Description
Summary
When displaying a File List page from Confluence on the Service Desk (Knowledge Base), the customer will be able to download individual files but not from the "Download all" button.
Environment
- JSD cloud
- Confluence Cloud
- Wiki space integrated with "anyone with JSD access can access the space" on the JSD project.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a File List page on the integrated space and attach some files;
- Open the page through the Service Desk portal as a customer;
- Click on the Download All button
Expected Results
The zip containing all files should be downloaded.
Actual Results
It asks for the account:

The download for individual files works as expected.
Workaround
Download each individual files.
