Summary
Unable to generate an export of 'Portal only customers' using the Firefox browser
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to the instance on the Firefox browser (standard browsing mode or private window)
- Navigate to 'Jira Administration > User Management > Jira Service Desk > Portal only customers'
- Click on the 'Export users' button
Expected Results
- File should be exported successfully
Actual Results
- No prompt saying that the file was exported and is ready for download
- No download file in the Downloads folder
- A busy 'spinner' appears next to the button for a few seconds
Workaround
- Use a different browser, e.g Google Chrome

Thank you for previously raising this bug and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each bug request but admit that not each one will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this bug to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Desk users.
