Description
Summary
Configuring with an automation on the issue creation step will not send the request created or request participant notification.
Steps to reproduce
- Set Issue Created customer notifications to send to All Customers.
- Add an automation rule to JSD project to trigger on issue create. Action is to set the assignee to myself;
- Email with a request participant (in this case I added my other email to the cc field);
- my cc'd email will not receive a notification;
Expected results
The notification to the request participant should be generated.
Actual result
The notification is not generated.
Workaround
Removing the webhook and automation rule will fix the notifications
