Description
My team's customers are internal employees. I want to know about our customers' experience and collect the data to improve team's performance. As you can imagine, one may not be candid in giving a lower score to their colleagues knowing the agent is able to see who gave a negative feedback for them. I want a permission on customer satisfaction report to make it available to admins (team leads and managers generally).
