      Problem Definition

      At the moment, there are no reports to identify

      • what articles are the most popular
      • how many users use the KB
      • what "key words" are the most popular in searching

        Suggested Solution

        Implement reports or allow to customize reports to obtain such information.

        Why this is important

        These reports would allow support to improve their services by identifying which areas to focus on.
