Issue Summary
Currently there isn't an easy way of aggregating portal-only user data, including Atlassian Accounts (JSM customer only), as well as some useful data is not obtainable for generating a usage report which outlines items such as:
- In case of multiple portals, count of how many logins for each portal.
- when the user account was created
- total number of portal-only users, either specific to project or even the cloud instance
- How many customers logged in per month
The purpose of such report as stated by one of our customers is to provide visibility on the effectiveness of JSM (Jira Service Management); ie see how many people have signed up and when to extrapolate information such as the range of users utilizing the service project and which project has most sign ups etc.
