      Hi Everyone,

      Thank you for your feedback on this feature.

      We are marking this issue as closed because it is a duplicate of JSDCLOUD-8217 which has received more traction. We suggest voting and watch the ticket there as the source of truth.

      Problem Definition

      Currently, there's no option to disable the Google reCAPTCHA for customers log in.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement an option that would allow the project admins to chose whether they want their service desk to have reCAPTCHA enabled to prevent possible spams or disabled to facilitate the customer's logins.
