Hi Everyone,
Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this ticket to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users. You can visit Atlassian Cloud Roadmap to learn more about what was recently released and the upcoming roadmap.
Thank you again for providing valuable feedback to our team!

As a site-admin, I'd like to have administrative control of the reCAPTCHA displayed to customers when having a login-free portal.
Currently, it is to complex and sometimes users needs more than one try, taking time to submit requests.

Seems like you've built a great system for enabling users to submit their own tickets, but it's totally compromised by the last click. reCAPTCHA is an awful user experience, and the last thing you want anyone to have to put up with when they are reporting that something isn't working. Disabling it might not be as needed if the latest version of rCAPTCHA was being used, which returns a score without "user friction". See https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/v3
