Problem Definition
It is currently not possible to alter the frequency with which satisfaction surveys are sent out. Currently, they are sent every time an issue is resolved.
Suggested Solution
It would great if you would add a limiter to satisfaction surveys. For an internal company, it is overkill to send after every ticket and I've found that they just begin to ignore them.
Being able to limit to x% of total tickets, or specific % per user (only receive survey on every 3rd ticket, etc.) would be beneficial.
