Provide the ability to bulk convert application portal-only customers to users

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, JIRA Service Desk only supports converting portal-only customers to Atlassian Accounts manually and it is not possible to bulk convert application portal-only customers to users.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to bulk convert JSD portal-only customer to users.

      Why this is important

      To enhance the admin experience, allowing them to have better control over their customers and users, and also help them to save a lot of time when they decide to convert their customers to users.
