      Problem Definition

      At the moment, JIRA Service Desk only supports converting portal-only customers to Atlassian Accounts and it is not possible to bulk convert application users to portal-only customers. The only way to convert these users to portal-only customer is by revoking application access manually in User Management.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to bulk convert application users to JSD portal-only customer.
