Summary
In the Knowledge Base settings screen, when trying to set up a link with a Confluence space to set up the KB integration, it fails with the following message: We're having trouble communicating with the application. Wait a minute, then try again.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Knowledge Base settings of a service desk project
- Start to link a KB space to JSD
- After selecting the System application link with Confluence the error message shows up
Expected results
The flow should enable to pick the space and save the KB link.
Actual result
The flow is stopped and the KB linking can not be done.
Workaround
None at the moment.
