Description
Symptoms
- Affected sites will see two portal-only customers with the same email address in site admin under /admin/jira-service-desk/portal-only-customers
- Duplicated customers will be unable to log in or raise requests
Sites affected
- Any site that performed an import between April 17th and May 25th, 2018 that contained portal-only customers in the import file, and had portal-only customers existing on the destination site of the import may be affected by this bug.
Solution
- Deleting one of the duplicated users will allow the remaining user to log in again.
