      Problem Definition

      At times, customers would like to create a personal requests anonymously so that the request would not be tied to them. However, it is not possible at the moment as although customers log into the portal anonymously, they still need to key in an email address.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow customers to create their request as an anonymous user.

            I have been setting up a help desk for HR. Their parent company requires them to gather anonymous information from any employees who report a possible ethics violation or who are whistleblowers. We have to now report to them that Jira is not up to the job. A poor oversight and miscalculation on your part.
