      Problem Definition

      • Jira Service Desk does not render email invites upon issue creation
      • Upon sending email invites from Skype to Jira Service Desk email, the details of the email invite is not being parsed.
      • Only the Skype link is being shown in the description in Jira Service Desk but no other details.

      Suggested Solution

      • Allow to parse calendar invites from Skype to Jira Service Desk
