Problem Definition
- Jira Service Desk does not render email invites upon issue creation
- Upon sending email invites from Skype to Jira Service Desk email, the details of the email invite is not being parsed.
- Only the Skype link is being shown in the description in Jira Service Desk but no other details.
Suggested Solution
- Allow to parse calendar invites from Skype to Jira Service Desk
