Jira exports no longer show personally identifiable ids in CSV export

Summary

When exporting issues to Excel(CSV), if the reporter is a customer, the CSV file is displaying the customer's QM code, such as qm:<customer_id>.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for issues
2. Export issues to CSV

Expected Results

• JIRA should export the customer's email address to the CSV file.

Actual Results

• JIRA is exporting the customer's qm code to the CSV file.
