Ability to edit the field "Raise this request on behalf of"

      Problem Definition

      Project admin would like to edit the "Raise this request on behalf of" syntax to another text.

      Suggested Solution

      Create the ability to edit the text "Raise this request on behalf of" to the project admin.

            Great, it's been 3 years, and Ewin is inactive so is this going anywhere? We have lots of interest in this being an editable field per request type.

            It would be nice if this would reflect the underlying issue type being used. 

            E.g. if it's a Service request then display request. However, if it's an Incident or a Change display Incident or Change respectively.

            Unfortunately the term "Raise this request on behalf of" is not great choice of English and poorly constructed.

            I assume that every regional version of Jira Service Desk has a language specific option?

            Is the same term "Raise this request on behalf of" equally badly translated in other languages?

            A more accurate phrase would be "Enter Email for the confirmation to be sent to" or something like that

            Hi, we appreciate the merit of this issue, but don't intend to work it in the foreseeable future. We'll review it again within a year to see if our decision has changed.
