Problem Definition
Currently, if you have a custom field with multiple options, it's not possible to translate the custom field options for the idioms configured under 'Language support'. It's only possible to translate the name of the field and its description.
Suggested Solution
As an admin, I would like to be able to translate all field options for each language I have set for the customer portal.
