Description
Summary
Service Desk customer that have text as their default outgoing email format are receiving the word "true" in the description of the issue via email.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the default outgoing email format to txt
- Create an issue that fires a notification to a user utilizing Service Desk
Expected Results
Email should be:

Notes
So far I have only seen this in JIRA Service Desk, regular notifications in JIRA do not seem to be affected.
Workaround
Change the default outgoing email format to HTML
