Text format notifications from Service Desk do not include the full description, only the word 'true'.

      Summary

      Service Desk customer that have text as their default outgoing email format are receiving the word "true" in the description of the issue via email.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set the default outgoing email format to txt
      2. Create an issue that fires a notification to a user utilizing Service Desk

      Expected Results

      Email should be:

      Summary: Testing
      Key: CSP-4
      URL: https://xxxxx.atlassian.net/browse/CSP-4
      Project: Customer Service Project
      Issue Type: Support
      Reporter: xxxxx@gmxxxxxx.com
      true

      Actual Results

      Summary: Testing
      Key: CSP-4
      URL: https://xxxxx.atlassian.net/browse/CSP-4
      Project: Customer Service Project
      Issue Type: Support
      Reporter: xxxxx@gmxxxxxx.com
      Issue details should be here not in full.

      Notes

      So far I have only seen this in JIRA Service Desk, regular notifications in JIRA do not seem to be affected.

      Workaround

      Change the default outgoing email format to HTML
