Summary
Images attached to page shared as KB article do not show for external users. This seems to be a holdover from HOT-82673.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a KB article with images
- Check KB article via the portal.
Expected Results
KB article should load with all images
Actual Results
Broken image icons replace images. Dev console shows Internal Server Error (500)
