Description
Summary
When an image on a Confluence page contains a special character, it will not load in the knowledge base of JIRA Service Desk from the customer portal.
Note: it will load correctly if viewed:
- from Confluence
- from JSD agent view KB search/view
Steps to Replicate
- Rename and image to [˚_˚].png .
- Add it to a Confluence page.
- Integrate a JIRA Service Desk project to the Confluence space that contains the page in step 2.
- View the same Confluence page as a knowledge base from the customer portal.
Expected Results
Image load properly in the knowledge base view.
Current Results
Image doesn't load properly in the knowledge base view.
Workaround
Rename the file by removing all special characters and and use this modified image to replace the image that is not loading in the knowledge base view.
