Satisfaction Survey Email Does Not Display in Italian Despite Italian/Portuguese Language Support Setting

      Satisfaction surveys will be sent to customers in their preferred language (this is based on their user profile). JSM sites will need to ensure the customer's preferred language is enabled on "Language support".

      If a customer's preferred language (user profile) is unavailable - the JSM site's default language will be used when sending satisfaction surveys.

      Changes we've made:

      1. "Satisfaction settings" star ratings will now render in the JSM site's default language.
      2. An in product panel with a link to "Language support" has been added to "Satisfaction settings". Admins will need to enable all necessary languages in "Language support" so surveys can be sent in the customer's preferred language.

      Summary

      When the user satisfaction survey is sent from the Service Desk which only has one Language Support which is Italian, the satisfaction survey rating is in English. 

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Ensure the Language Support has set Italian language set as default only. 
      2. Create a request in the service desk portal > Resolve and Close the ticket to generate a satisfaction survey. 
      3. When checking the satisfaction survey the language in it is in English

      Expected Results

      The satisfaction survey should be fully in Italian .'

      Actual Results

      The satisfaction survey comes out in English language. 

      Notes:
      This affects all non-Englsh languages as well.

      Workaround

      Method 1:
      1. Go to System Setting > General Configuration:
      2. Click on Edit Settings > Change the default language to Italian > Click Update
      3. Now, when customer portal tickets are resolved the satisfaction survey sent are in full Italian.

      Method 2:
      1. Ensure that the customer profile: Preferences language is set to "italiano (Italia)".
      2. Now, when customer portal tickets are resolved the satisfaction survey sent are in full Italian.
