Description
Problem Definition
When an anonymous creates a ticket, a confirmation message will be shown to inform that the ticket is created and a confirmation is sent to the inserted email address. This message, however, is hardcoded and will follow the reporter browser language.
Suggested Solution
Allow admins to edit the confirmation message.
Why this is important
Different organizations has different preferences to how the confirmation message is delivered. Allowing admins to edit their own messages would allow the to suit their business.
