As a JIRA Admin I'd like to redirect Service Desk Customers to the same Service Desk project they submitted an issue for

      When admins allow customers to access and send requests from the help center without logging in, the customer receives a message like the following after submitting an issue:

       

      "Your reference is ABC-123. Check user@domain.com for a confirmation and updates.

      Back to help center"

       

      Clicking "Back to help center" will load the generic Customer Portal which multiple Service Desk projects show up in. Users would prefer any customers that click "Back to help center" will be redirected back to the customer portal for the same project they just submitted an issue for.

       

      This is to help avoid confusion with customers who can potentially enter issues in the wrong project.
