Summary

Transitions in custom made transitions in the customer portal are not translated to the used Customer portal language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create workflow and create transitions in French, German, ..etc.
2. Change the language of the customer portal to any other language eg. German.
3. Change the customer portal settings to English when viewing the requests.

Expected Results

The transitions are translated to English.

Actual Results

The transition name are not translated to English.
