Summary
Transitions in Service Request Fulfilment workflow for Jira Service Desk in the customer portal are not translated or renamed to any language or other keywords if they changed
Steps to Reproduce
- Edit the default workflow Service Request Fulfilment workflow for Jira Service Desk and change Escalate to Priority for example
- Change the language of the customer portal to any other language eg. German.
Expected Results
The transition name Priority are translated to German.
Actual Results
The transition name is still showing the old keyword Escalate
The transition name are not even translated.
Notes
Other transitions such as Respond to Support is translated to Support antworten.
Workaround
No workarounds.
