Hi This feature is now available to all customers. Currently, this feature works well for help seekers who are on Atlassian accounts and for now, this does not support customer accounts i.e help seekers who are on customer accounts will not be able to search/find KB articles from the connected cross site Confluence. This is something that we will look to solve in the coming quarters. Currently JSD only allow you to link Confluence on the same domain as the knowledge base, I would like to connect my JSD Cloud instance to my Confluence Cloud instance on a different domain as knowledge base.
