Non-agents remain as an assignee when a ticket is moved from a Business/Software project to a Service Desk project.

      Summary

      On moving Issue from a non Service Desk project to a Service Desk project, JIRA doesn't check if the assignee is an agent.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue in a Business/Software project
      2. Assign the created issue to a non-agent
      3. Move Issue from Business/Software project to Service Desk project

      Expected Results

      Assignee field should be left blank as they original assignee doesn't have permission in Service Desk project or do not allow the issue to be moved without changing the assignee

      Actual Results

      The original assignee is still assigned the issue in Service Desk project although the user is not an agent

      Workaround

      Remove assignee using automation
